The special conference discount room rate is $99 per night. All rooms are equipped with data ports for your laptop computers.

To obtain the group rate, please make your reservations by July 5, 2005 (Note: this date has been extended and rooms are still available). Individual reservations must be canceled up to 48 hours prior to 4:00 p.m. on the date of arrival in order to avoid a penalty of the first night's room charges.

Reservations by Phone: Reservations may be made by either calling the hotel directly at (850) 224-5000, or toll free at (800) 222-8733. Be sure to mention that you are with the "NHMFL-PPHMF-V" to get the group rate.

Reservations via the Internet: To reserve your hotel room via the Internet, visit the DoubleTree website (www.doubletree.com). Type in "Tallahassee" under the city requested, select FL for the state, and enter your arrival/departure dates. Then click the "Find it" button, and on the page that loads click on "Doubletree Hotel Tallahassee." On this page click on the "Go" button, and then scroll down to the section titled "Special Accounts" and type in NHM next to the Group/Convention field. Airport Shuttle: The DoubleTree Hotel will provide transportation from the airport to the hotel. Upon arrival please call (850) 224-5000 for their courtesy van.

Conference Transportation: A shuttle service will be provided from the DoubleTree Hotel to the Conference Center and all evening social events.
